Optional Options

From time to time, small pieces of info can prove little gold nuggets.
In many research studies I’ve seen for Romania, friends and family are put together in the same option. After seeing this data from Germany, I think that separating friends from family could prove useful.

Compare the two scenarios for yourself:
Scenario #1

  • Targeted user: 18-35 y.o.
  • Main sources for info
    • friends and family
    • internet
    • radio & tv
    • bank

Scenario #2

  • Targeted user: 18-35 y.o.
  • Main sources for info
    • family
    • internet
    • radio & tv
    • friends

I think that Scenario 1 and Scenario 2 yield different communication mixes and tone of voice.

Update: Data for 17-27 y.o. Germans
